If you plan to travel to Annaberg by public transport, you must choose the Annaberg Ortsmitte bus stop. The Annaberg train station is 6km outside of town!

Eine öffentliche Anreise ist gut möglich und mit einem 10minütigen Fußweg ab der Bushaltestelle Bad Großpertholz Schloss verbunden.

Arrival in Drosendorf

Bei öffentlicher Anreise bitte die Bushaltestelle Drosendorf Schule nehmen und von dort geht man dann gute 20min zu Fuß Richtung Hauptplatz und weiter Richtung Freibad.
If you arrive with a specially booked bus, we ask the bus company to point out Raabser Tor. The height and width of the city gate is often an obstacle for large buses and large areas would have to be bypassed at an early stage.

Arrival in Tulln

Cancellation conditions

A) The accommodation contract can be canceled by both contractual partners by unilateral declaration without paying a cancellation fee up to 4 months before the agreed arrival date of the guest. The cancellation declaration must be received by the contractual partner in writing no later than 4 months before the guest's agreed arrival date.

B) Within 4 months and up to 1 month before the agreed arrival date of the guest, the accommodation contract can be canceled by both contractual partners by unilateral declaration upon payment of a cancellation fee of 25% of the total price agreed up to that point. The cancellation declaration must be received by the contractual partner in writing no later than 1 month before the guest's agreed arrival date.

C) Within 1 month up to 4 days before the agreed arrival date of the guest, the accommodation contract can be terminated by both contractual partners through a unilateral declaration, but a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price agreed up to this point must be paid. The cancellation declaration must be received by the contractual partner in writing no later than 4 days before the guest's agreed arrival date.

D) If the unilateral termination of the hostel contract occurs later than 4 days before the guest's agreed arrival date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price agreed up to this point must be paid.

E) The NÖ JHW has the right to withdraw from the contract if the guest does not show up by 7 p.m. on the agreed arrival day, unless a later arrival time has been agreed. In this case, the guest is obliged to pay the agreed fee in full. This also applies if the guest does not use the ordered rooms or the guesthouse services.

F) For travel groups and groups of any kind, a proportional cancellation fee will be charged on the day of arrival if the number of people is more than 10 % shorter of the originally stated number. Cancellation fees relating to the actual accommodation contract remain unaffected.

G) It is the responsibility of the NÖ JHW to endeavor to rent the unused rooms to another party in accordance with the circumstances (§1107 ABGB).
